On reading my evaluation of the \u201cband-aid\u201d period <\/a>between 2010 and 2013, specified in Nancy Pelosi’s compromise bill, Bonnie commented:<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

\u201dI think the House ought to include a special subsidy for the 31,000 families of uninsured people who will die annually from lack of insurance during the band-aid period, so that they can afford to bury their loved ones.\u201d<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

When I asked why, Bonnie replied by saying that: <\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

\u201csince Nancy and the Democrats are allowing that 31,000 fatality doughnut hole to continue to exist, they ought to take responsibility for this, and at least pay for the funerals.\u201d<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
